Follow up to “Healing Meditation” – 9 tips for making yourself happier in the next 30 minutes

One of my favorite blogs is Gretchen Rubin’s Happiness Project. After a brief period of blog abstinence (I thought NOT reading blogs would increase my productivity) I decided to catch up on her blog and aside from finding out that she’s going to be writing for Slate (WOOOOOOT!)
